Just as importantly, all our Mentors are experts in business mindset and personal growth. Do you have unshakeable confidence that you can sustainably grow your nutrition business? This is heavily reliant on our ‘psychology’ – how we think, our self-belief, and it all has a significant impact on results. Your Mentor will coach you through our “Unshakeable Self Belief Process” to overcome barriers or roadblocks so that all possibilities and opportunities are open to you.

Health Coaching Skills training to support behaviour change with your own clients
Lifestyle and dietary habits are often deeply entrenched and linked to many different emotions and a range of hidden barriers to success. The Zest4life six-week Health Coaching Skills for Nutrition Professionals training course is included in the Business Growth Programme. You will learn essential health coaching skills & how to integrate them into your nutrition consultations. This will enable you to really help your clients to increase motivation and achieve lasting behaviour change. This course is recognised by BANT and NTOI for ten hours of CPD.
